Terms and conditions
Credit card payments in favor of Puls Sverige AB are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as PULS on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

The right to cancel
Camp Åre reserves the right to cancel activities that do not meet the minimum requirements of number of participants for each tour/ activity. Minimum number for each activity are described in each activity.
Camp Åre reserves the right to cancel or call off activities where a safety risk occurs. Where the guide considers that the activity cannot be conducted in a safe manner. For example, in unfavourable weather conditions.
When an activity is cancelled by Puls Camp ÅRe the guest got the right to rebooking or get refunded.
The right to refund is given to the guest under following circumstances.
At activity where Camp Åre cancel the activity repayment is given for the full amount, if rebooking is not an option.
The guest as the right to cancell the booking and get a full refound 5 days ahead of the activity.
In addition to the terms under "For all activities- right to cancel, refunding", the following conditions is applied for the Zipline.
Being intoxicated by alcohol or other drugs during the tour is not allowed. Camp Åre gives the guide right to refuse guest to participate if the guest represents a security risk.
Zipline Green has the weight limit 110kg and at least 120cm tall. Camp Åre gives the guide the right to refuse guest to participate if these limits are exceeded.
Zipline Black has the weight range 50-110kg as limits. Camp Åre gives the guide the right to refuse guest to participate if these limits are exceeded.
In addition to the terms under "For all activities- right to cancel, refunding", the following conditions is applied for all snowmobile activities.
Minimum age to participate in Camp Åre's snowmobile activities is eight years old.
All that will drive a snowmobile must provide his/her valid driver's license as proof that they may drive a snowmobile in the context they are in. The licence most be at hand during the whole activity.
During all snowmobile activities Camp Åre has a zero-tolerance policy to alcohol and other drugs.
On all of Camp Åres motorised activities the same regulation as when driving a car within Sweden is applied.
